Not bad - very lean but still fairly skinny. You don't look as skinny as 6'1, 152lbs as most people though. Great genetics though - you have great bicep peaks and chest shape. Now it's just time to make everything bigger. You'll look awesome at 180.

Looking good. You're really lean. I'm looking to look like that but at 220 lbs. It shouldn't be all that difficult to gain another 28 lbs on that frame. Just eat right, lift hard and see where the brings you.

I wish I was that lean...

You can really tell the difference in your gains. But you can still make some really good ones.

I agree with another poster. Eat more junk food then if you don't have enough calories. Just don't go overboard. I'd be willing to bet that you also have a fast metabolism so it shouldn't be to big of a worry.

Food is sometimes a problem for all of us. But there are ways to get around it....and if you don't get around it somehow you will never get bigger.

i wish i had some abs like that. :(

Thanks for the advice guys.. Im going to make sure I always have peanut butter and belly sandwiches around.. And eat more junk food.. ( going to buy a lot of ice-cream since thats the only junk food I can eat everyday with out getting tried of it)

You know how to make a homemade weight gainer shake, right?

Protein powder, whole milk, dextrose, add olive oil or natural peanut butter, ice cream if you like, blend and chug.

Other add-ins include powdered oatmeal - powder it in the blender or spice/coffee grinder before adding it to the shake.

PS like others have said, great genetics - you have a really aesthetically balanced physique. Just gotta fill it up now!

you could have peanut butter + bannanas with a glass of whole milk. then eat peanuts whenever you are hungry througout the day. 1 cup of peanuts = just under 1000 calories, its a quick way to get extra calories in.

you look great man. gonna look huge at 180. how long are you bulking for? how quickly are you trying to get there?

01-25-2007, 02:37 PM
I would have to say cooking eggs and other things with olive oil is one of the better/best things you can do if you're short on calories. It provides a ridiculous amount of calories in relation to its volume.

Wow, you're very lean! Look good....now eat everythign you see.

Do you have any leg shots?

01-25-2007, 07:33 PM
Thanks again, I'll give your options a try. I'm going to bulk until I reach 180 (however long it takes).. I'm in no rush to get there just would like to be heavier than I was the month before.

Ps. I don't have any legs shot currently but will me taking some soon..

calves seem to be lagging just a little, or maybe its just that they're not looking as cut as the rest of you..but that's just me.

Back's looking really good however, nice work. If you want to keep your calories up try getting some frozen veggies, put em in the micro, mix in some olive or grape seed oil, pamasean (sp?) cheese and some garlic salt/pepper and you'll get about 300 calories out of that. Then just keep putting olive oil in your food..jacks up calories pretty quick.

Ya you're right. I don't do anything to my calfs besides sprints

Not to sound fruity, but I like your abs and V-lines. You really have a low BF% and it is impressive (probably from running track because I used to look that thin during h.s. track). Anyways good luck!

Like I said before, you look great. IMO you need to get thicker, though. Keep the same bf%, but make it grow.....if only it were that easy lol
