little background: 21 y/o, 5'7", 27%+ bf, been lifting for a good 18 months now. my back routine consists of: deadlifts (sumo + conventional), bb rows (over + underhand), pull-ups/chin-ups, t-bar machine rows, lat pull downs and some other cable pulley work. of course, not all that in the same day ;)

i would like to get some input where im lacking on my back. pic was taken in jan 23 2007 with a weak attempt at a lat wing spread:redface:.

I would cut down a little more.....atleast to a more healthy weight like 15%. Then give up another lat spread. Its hard to see what needs to be worked on......no offense.

I agree with Jordan... I really think you should focus on decrease ur bodyfat %. 27 is waaaay too high.
