Hey all

Im cutting right now from about 200 to around 175-180. My diet has been solid, but im worrying about losing the fat. I lift 4 days a week, and my strength hasnt gone down, but i continue to lose the weight, does that mean im doing something right? I think im on the right track, but an answer for my sanity would be appreciated:bang:

Keeping strength while on your cut is a very good thing!! It's a good indicator that you're maintaining muscle mass.
