I've been working out on and off for about a year now, and only very steadily(3x a week) for about 2 months. The first pic is about 6-7 months ago about 2 months into it. I got some nice gains, etc, but then stopped working out almost completely for about 2-3 months. So the other pics are from today. Sorry, no wheel pics, I have chicken legs! I work them out(squats etc) but I won't show them til they bulk a little bit more.

I was using my own routine for a long time, and just started a modified WBB1 routine about 2 weeks ago.

Looks like your chest grew some. Progress is good, continue on with it.

Thanks, I have no plans of stopping so I'll show my progress in a few months. I'm thinking of cutting down to about 190 or so, to get more definition in my arms and stomach area. You guys think I have enough mass to look good after a cut?

a lean 190 will definitely look good at 5'11

You look good bro. Thick and proportionate. You have enough mass to cut down for sure.

Ok then. So begins the cut... ;)

btw my max lifts if anyone is interested....

Bench - 245x2
Squat - 275x4
DL - 265x3

...and my cutting diet.

Morning - Bowl of high protein cereal with 1% milk, OR 4 eggs over easy with 1 slice of toast.

Every 2.5-3 hours after that - half portion of steamed chicken breast with half portion of veggies.

We'll see how long I can keep that up, lol.

Goal - 195 lbs

Any critique on my cutting diet? I cut almost all carbs except for the ones in veggies.

Not a good idea with the carbs.

Keep em around 200 from simple sources and control your calories. It really doesn't matter you don't eat carbs with you're still eating over your maintnance you won't lose weight.

Aside from that good luck with the cut, I'm anxius to see what you're gonna look like at 190.
