I have searched and not found what I'm looking for. Can somebody explain what it is and the nutritional values of it? Also a breif description of what it does would be helpful. I will continue searching.

Creatine is supposed to prevent lactic acid buildup and give you more strenght and gains. I use it now but i take it in a pill form called purple k. Most people recommend about 4-5 grams a day.
