I went out and bought a bunch of yogurt, milk, cheese, whole wheat bagels, natty peanut butter and cottage cheese and some healthy cereal. I didn't need to buy meat since I have lot's here...

Nope, I just get sick of meat really quick. I can only eat so many different kinds before I can't tolerate it anymore. I always have one meal a day that consists of meat (supper).

I'm not a big fish fan. Shrimp is pretty much the only seafood I eat. But anyways, is eating what I listed above not very good for me? I see that lot's of people recommend milk, cheese and meat for a bulk. I have a lot of dairy so I figured it would be fine.

Kashi cereal. It has 7 different kinds of grains. It's yummy.
