1 cup yogurt (I used 1% strawberry)
1/2 cup granola (I used honey almond)
1 scoop Nitrean (Used vanilla)
Stir it all together and enjoy!
This can easily be adjusted for bulking/cutting. Use 3% yogurt for bulking, non-fat for cutting, add more/less granola, etc.
The breakdown is:
Total calories: 610
Protein: 42 g
Carbs: 86 g
Fat: 13 g
