Hey guys,

This is 2 weeks work, I was wondering do you see a difference?

First 2 is the before and the last one is the after.

BEFORE

2 weeks work is nothing. Perhaps a few months we can tell the difference.

Ps.: Stop "spanking the monkey"... ur forearm is the size of ur arm... LOL

you look good man
you look like you gained some muscle..
just eat everything and lift as heavy as you can..
lift hard its good your starting now.
what are your lifts and routine
everyone stop trashin on him its good to start young, he will probably be stronger than u when he is your age so quiet down.

you really can't tell after 2 weeks.It's great he's starting.Gotta eat big though

i wasnt trashing.....2 weeks is nothing, there is no progress, its an honest opinion

i do not doubt that he will be stronger than me at my age, i wish i started earlier.

he has been commended before for making the start, im not going to lie to him though

2 weeks is not even remotely close to the amount of time to see any gains at all. No offense. Like everyone said...eat a ton...lift...rest and post pics back in a couple months. You are very young. Your body still has a lot of changes to go through. Play some sports...have some fun and keep liftin...you should be huge by junior year in high school. ;)

It takes a little while to develop enough extra mass for even yourself to notice, you may gain 20lbs of the space of 3 months and not notice it until you look at these pictures.

Try not to take pictures anymore than once a month.

2 weeks is nothing, hell 2 months is nothing.

Go 6 months and then hit us up with some pics. 2 weeks isn't nearly enough time to make a difference.

It's true, you can't really tell with just two weeks.

It's good to see you starting at such a young age, keep it up.
