that DL looked like a piece of cake, do more.

I'm extremely jealous of your ROM, even when I sumo stance I still have a ways to go:(

Dead looked really easy. You were talking to someone with it in the air!!

Good job though.

Awesome Lifts man. Congrats.

Yea.. I was gonna ask about that.. Is a sumo stance any easier? or does it really depend on body type and personal preference. It just looks like with your legs so far apart that the distance for a full ROM would be alot easier.

Your deadlift is freaking amazing. I saved the video in my favorites so I can use it as a guide. I am up to 365 lbs with 7 months of training. I hope to lift as much as you someday! :D

Awesome strength man, great pull.

Thanks everyone. I pull with a lot of speed. I usually make it look like I can add another plate, but it doesn't usually happen, lol. My sumo deadlift had been sucking, so I was shocked at the speed of the pull..hence the turn and talk to my training partners. :)

Nice lifts. Just curious, do you normally train with gear since that's how you lift in meets? Or do you practice raw to build strength, then practice using gear right before a meet? I've never even used briefs, let alone a suit... just kinda curious about it all. Keep up the solid efforts, incredible bodyweight/lift weight ratio!

I think I just said " OH my God"...or something like that.

I just started a journal, so yu can follow along. I try and do both gear stuff and RAW, but the gear can be very frustrating so I do a lot of work in it. I get a lot out of it on squats, a decent amount on bench and a little on deads. The closer I am to a meet I do much more work in the gear, but I never completely get out of it like some other people do.

That's amazing, man. I feel bad because your total is as much as mine but at 50 less lbs!

Good work Chris!

I have probably asked this before, but what difference does the gear make for you in the deadlift?

These are my best ever lifts gym or meet:

Sumo(belt only)- 505
Sumo(full gear)- 530

Conventional(belt only)- 475(recent)
Conventional(Full gear)- 500

So for me, I get ~25 lbs at best so far. For sumo though, the hip support makes the lift much more comfortable since I go very wide.

Good to see you back after such a long time. You were one I was always interested in keeping track of. PS 515 is too light for you.
