Does anyone know of a good cardio routine that i can start at from exercising 5 mintues to building up to where i can, say run, for 30 mintues to 45 a day?

probably a better question on a runners forum.

otherwise consider HIIT training,

running 30-45 min a day is nothing anyone can do it at varying speeds.

HIIT training is the only cardio worth doing (aside from hill) but best for conditioning. Dont bother doing cardio for fatburn, its the least efficient way

Thanks, i had no clue what HIIT was so when i looked it up it sounded good
