I just recieved this email forward.

Aloha,

Anyone interested in checking out what the combination of God-given talent, Hard Work and the right training program can do for an athlete check out the link below. This is one my athletes I’ve been training for the past 5 years. Adrian Wilson is considered to be one the best Strong Safeties in the NFL and will be going to Hawaii to play in his first Pro Bowl selection. He is 6’3” tall and weighed in at 230 lbs during this video. We posted this on www.youtube.com 6 days ago and got over 800,000 hits. Just wanted to share this with some of the people I know that might be interested in what goes on at Ikei Performance. This was just done in fun and was more of a friendly competition between my athletes, something behind the scenes…but Adrian was the Champion.

The bar is prob just resting on the uprights? Kinda like in a high jump.

I"ll have to disagree because he didn't make box and i believe the bar that Adrian Wilson jumped over was higher. Adrian Wilson is 6'3 and this guy you said was just over 6'1 the bar cam up higher on AW then the box did on this person. Just my interpretation.

You also notice Adrian did a running jump?

Knobbers did a standing jump.

Pretty comparable in size. I'm bias to AW cause he's a Strong Safety.

Wow, that is pretty amazing, but those are not their true verticals. When ever you test your vertical, do you put your feet up in the air? No. You keep your legs straight, so if they think those are there true vert measurements, their not.

The guy in the first vid is a SS in the NFL - I am pretty sure he knows how to test his vertical.
