this is my diet everyday
8am: oats with milk with honey and two handfuls of mixed nuts
10:30am:apple
12:30pm:varies from 10 thighs of chiken or turkey,lettuce,tomato on whole meal batchers or pasta with two chicken breasts(mainly), with a pint of milk.
3:30pm banana,pear and a pint of milk
6:30pm big meal eg 100% beef mince with peppers etc and brown rice or chicken breast with potatoe wedges and veggies or spaghetti bolognese or lasagna or spanaish ommelete. thats about it
9:30pm whey protein,berries,tablespoon of pb, and a pint of milk
i know this is post is a bit pointless but seeing if my diet has any flaws thanks.
ps i dont want to be a body builder i want to become a fighter.
of about 180lbs 10-12% body fat

Enter that into fitday and see what it all adds it up to.It would seem your 8am and 1030am lack sufficient protein. I would aim for about 30g of protein EACH meal.
