View Full Version : 17lbs into bulk, from 149 to 166

Hey fellas, here are some pictures of me at 149 and now at 166. The more recent photos are actually me showing off what i have, the other ones are just me pre-bulk, with clothing and stuff, i never evaluated myself at 149 with pictures so, sorry about that. Please do the best you can to critique and inform me with what ive posted. This was over 2.5 month period.

Looking nice and lean still. Keep on bulking but make sure its clean.

Good luck.

You can still add on a ton of meat so you can make some good progress if you keep it up.

You and I are in very nearly the exact same spots.

I started 146, and I'm about 14 lbs into my bulk. But my bf is probably a touch higher than yours, though only barely. In fact you and I look quite similiar.

Except that I'm cuter. :)

haha, nice questor, im 18 though so much more handsome. anyways, i can tell my bod fat has gone up, and im drinking around 20 liters a week of milk, im sure that is doing the trick.

like i said all that milk and everything, i know my bod fat is goin up, but im trying to eat healthily as possible or as the dorms provide heh. I guess ill just keep on track with that, clean for me so far, cept the little fat around the waist, but ill wworry about that during cut period

Are you playing beer pong with your shirt off and tape around your waist??

I'm skinny like you...only thicker. Start powerlifting. :)

You're lean, so no offense - you were not 6.5% at 149 pounds in the the last pic. I'd say more like 9-10%. Good luck with the bulk man.

Edit: no more beer pong if you ever want to get to that level either! tuttut Although it sure is fun....

oh yea i know that 6.5 is way off, it was a rough estimate by some bull****ter fitness guy, i only beer ponged 3 times in 4 mos, so thats ok right? and yea it was an ABC (anything goes But Clothes) party, so i was wearing a bag ha

Actually. For the most part....powerlifting in general will get you huge.

If you did some really heavy squatting deads and bench and eat everything you'll be enormous in no time.
