I'm currently bulking, I'm at 146 pounds, and looking to put on 10-15 lbs. Here are the macros from my diet:
Fat: 70 626 25%
Sat: 13 113 5%
Poly: 10 94 4%
Mono: 24 215 9%
Carbs: 290 994 40%
Fiber: 42 0 0%
Protein: 219 876 35%
at 2609, its been 2 weeks, I've hardly gained much weight
I decided to add another half cup of oats and another scoop of peanut butter and reduce some of the whey protein I take in to get a total of 2857 calories per day, is this good progress in terms of upping my calories?
