Took these yesterday, and tonight after back. Let me know what you think. I'm currently bulking, 235 lbs, with an eye on 240-250. I'll try for some leg shots in the next couple days (haven't taken those in a long time...eek).

You have a nice lat spread. BF% is getting up there, but you look real good. Chest owns!

Jordan, Pepsi, Stumprrp, Sharkall: thanks guys, much appreciated.
I'm 6'1, Stumprrp. BF is up there, but bulking's traditionally been so hard, I actually kinda welcome it because it'll fall off for the most part without much effort when I stop, so I don't fixate on it too much.
Last night, for a change, I did midback work before lat work, starting with some rack deadlifts. I have to admit, I don't think my lat strength fell off that much in doing those second, and I like how full I feel afterward, so I'm going to leave that order for the next few weeks. See if I can add more bumps to the landscape between my shoulderblades.

Nice chest - from that alone I can't believe your bf is over 15%.

What kind of training do you do for your traps?

Rookie: Thanks man.
Dante: I don't do much beyond deadlifts when I DO do active trap work. Shrugs sometime. I actually like doing the Calf raise shrug cause grip isn't called into question. My trainer friend Joe who worked with Matt Burzacott doesn't believe in specific trap training; he says if youre working your rows and your deads and your delt presses, traps will come as part of the bargain.
Must-eat: Thanks man! I need to embody your name more.
Rock-steady: I don't worry about bf, it's probably more like 20% if I had to guess.
Teufy: Why, Jimmy Hoffa, as I live and breathe, you're ALIVE... (PM me when you get a chance; it's been way too long and I'm entitled to a Happy Holidays from you...:-p)
