What is the ratio whey/dextrose when you make a mixture?

Depends on what you want it to be. Some say that the carbs should double the protein and some say it should triple..some say they should be equal...depends on what you want out of it also.

I am cutting now and Iwant to know how much would be an adequate drink?

I have never tried before adding dextrose in my whey protein.

I use 60g dex, and 60g whey. But, sometimes i go with 30g dex, and 30 g maltodextrin. It does depend on how much YOU want for your post shake...or how much you need in relation to your daily caloric intake.

ye really, after a workout you still i want an insulin boost (at least i do) It's just that all the other meals have to be low GI, or low carbs

the most important thing about cutting is eating less kcals than require, but high GI will not put you in the best fat burning mode as a lower GI food. especailly as you get a spike then a downer, which you leave hungry etc.
WHen the keto lot metion carb diets they may use as dextrose and other high GI sugars to promote their cause.

3g dextrose / 1g whey when bulking

When I don't bulk I simply (usually) avoid dextrose or eat small amount of it so the ratio goes down to 1,5 dextrose / 1g whey
