Hey bro, How's the training.. Training alone? There is no training partner that match me like you did. I now weigth 171lbs..

My training is going great, bulking up right now, im up to 175, my strenght is increasing every workout.. great feeling. i got my hands on some american cell tech and its doing wonders along with my bulkup, ill post other pictures when im up to 185.

Yeah, im training alone, no one train my way, my training are very intense.. no machine.. just big exercises, and they only lasts 45 min, 3 times per week, no one does that, they all prefer to over train their way to a smaller body.
