Well i bulked from August till now and my bench has went up to 240. I went from 167 to 195. My question is what do i eat and how do i do it without losing all my strenth gains. Any Advice?

you at enough protein and healthy fats within whatever caloric limit you put on yourself and lift heavy and hard, and have structured refeeds planned out as well. the goal while cutting is just to maintain strength/muscle, cuz on a caloric deficit you aren't going to gain strength/muscle (typically).

Keep eating 1g of protein per lb of LBM and 0.5g of fat per lb of LBM, and you will be fine. Don't expect to gain any strength though. Most people are doing great if they can just maintain strength. It depends on your genes. Personally, I have maintained or had slight gains on all my lifts (except bench) while cutting. It sucks to lose a little strength, but don't get discouraged. "Stay the course" and you will be happy with the results (unlike Bush :) ).
