I would have a platform, but my standing presses just miss the roof as it is.
I've also got a boxing area, and a room inside has my wrestling mats setup.

I moved my weights aside for now and don't really lift at my apt anymore. I'm going to try and recomp a little so I'm going to be doing a lot of work in here.

What kind of matting do you guys use? I just ordered 2 pieces of this stuff
(in the link below) to put under my heavy bag stand. It should solve the problem, a 4' x 6' piece weighs 100lbs so it's gotta be heavy duty.

Go find a Tack store (sells horse supplies) or a farm equipment store. They should sell 3/4" 4'x6' rubber mats that are used to put inside horse stalls. They are actually called horse stall mats, or just stall mats.
The one closest to my house sells them for $35-$40 a sheet.
Even if you have to drive a little ways out of town to pick them up, it will still probably be cheaper than buying pro-mats online and paying for shipping.
You guys have some sweet set ups, I hope I can get a place like one of your guys'! I do have a few things though... behold, the WAVEMASTER!

I was actually surprised that shipping was only 16 bucks a sheet, but I ordered 2 pieces that are 3' x 4'. I never thought to look at a tack store.

*twitch* Fitness Source?! No, Fitness Depot. Sorry, I get that alot from customers. We sell them for $.34/lb, we always guarantee our pricing for everything even if it's by $5 lol. But I bought everything at cost so yeah, I got one hell of a deal for everything in my gym.

Ha, that's not the first time I've heard that. We get that at our store at least once a week. They always have things that are on "special" but are never in stock. They take your money and keep telling you "it'll be in soon enough!"
