Ok so this is my second day of low-carb cutting.
I am going for a 900 cal deficit each day.
115 fat
150 carb
230 prot.
This is my diet. IT works out to be like 2500 cals a day.
With moderate activity, i need like 3500 cals to sustain me, so its more like a 1000 cal deficit. Anyway i am having some extreme hunger, and im not sure what to do. Is one supposed to be this hungry during a diet? Will this diet be good enough to sustain muscle mass? What do i do when i am hungry? Just hunker down and not eat? Isnt that starvation, which normally eats away at muscle before fat? Im really not sure what to do.
