Depends what my day is like, anywhere between 3-4

NOT

ENOUGH

currently 2-5 cans, with half a tablespoon of light mayo on two pieces of stoned wheat bread.

one sammich is about 36g protein, 6g fat, 43g carbs

I'm bulking, so I can use the fat and carbs. When I start cutting again, I'll switch to the organic bread and fat free mayo, which will make a sandwich look more like 37g protein, 2.5g fat, and 24g carbs.

I try to have at least 2 regular cans a day. I drain out the water and mix it with cottage cheese, right in the can. I know it sounds nasty but the cottage cheese and the tuna together actually has pretty much no taste. Not to mention the extra protein from the cottage cheese.

this site has some interesting information about canned tuna and paricularly some nice graphs comparing the nutritional values of different sorts of fish as well as different sorts of tuna.

The last time I ate tuna was before December,2001...
It made me sick.. I just eat my beef now and 2-3 times per week I have a serving (100g) of salmon.

I do that too actually :) Sometimes I add a little chopped green onion, a tsp of mustard, or a lil celery to make it more interesting
