I tend to take a long time to put on weight, and it's been going well lately, but I've been ill with a stomach bug for a few weeks, so my potential has lessened as a result.

Any comments with some advice would be appreciated

I weigh about 60 kg most days. I was around 7.5 stone (Don't know what that is, but I am over 9 stone now). Aim is to be 10 stone by May.

Regards

February 2006 I was 45.11 KG - around June 2006 I was 53 KG and today I weighed around 60.03. I have a yo yo metabolism, but I am living proof that if you keep eating you can put on weight if you want to, and I am going to be big, or at least bigger

My short term aim is to be around 63.5 by May, then I want to be 69 kg by the end of the year.

I would weigh more, but they found a lump on my hip that was removed in december, and I wasn't able to go to the gym for two weeks. Stiches and everything. Pain in the a$$

On top of that, I've had the s**ts for ages, but I am getting back on top. I want a nice six pack, but i know that because of my metabolism I have to keep eating, and it'll happen eventually. I'm more after a better shape than a six pack.

Cheers thanks. I got a long way to go, but I'm on the right track I hope! Just proves that even a skinny guy can make a change if he tries hard enough.

I need to put on a bit more beef before i am happy, but i am also working on flexibility.

you guys are lucky with ur genes!

Excuse my ignorance. I am a dumb American. How much is that in pounds?? I could look it up but then I wouldn't be a Lazy American. Make sure you are eating enough. Six to eight tomes a day. Consume some protine right before bed if yu are not doing these tings already.

44.11kg (99.45lb)

53kg (116.8lb)

60kg (132.3lb)

Over the course of a year I've put on 32.85lb.... Not many people would boast that! I was a borderline anorexic. I had a fear of food, but now I even eat raw eggs for the protein, including nuts, chicken, steak and i am going to have to buy some peanut butter as people seem to think that's good :)

173 cm, which is about 5,8" I think. I'm definitely 173 because I volunteer in a doctors surgery and I get loads of tests for free
