Shoulder hurt

I was having a hard time with my shoulders in the last month then I got in a hockey fight and i hurt my shoulder again. Its the back of my shoulder and even withtout weight when I try to move it up and down it hurts. I got fireman tests in 2 months. What are the solution I have here to get it top shape as soon as possible.
