Starting my next cycle 1 April.

Going with 500mg Sust and 400mg Deca, thinking of using either Dianabol or Anapolon with them. What kind of dosages should I go with on the D's, and for how long. (was thinking of 6-8) weeks.

I personally would only stick to a 4 week cycle for the tabs. You don't want to batter your liver for 8 weeks solid. A Dosage of between 20mg and 30mg is about the norm. 5mg tabs.

I would run 40mgs for weeks 1-3 and 20mgs on weeks 4-5. When you stop the D-bols, you should be feeling the sust/deca pretty strongly, so stopping will be easy - smooth transition.

Spread the tabs out evenly during the day, taking 1 every couple hours or so. I think the half-life is only 3 hours, so keep the test levels steady by spreading it out. Taking a couple at once a couple hours before your workout is OK, though. I found that I felt their effects quicker by letting them dissolve under my tongue rather than swallowing them whole.
