I'm new here and I see that a lot of people are taking dextrose. I was wondering what its advantages are and what is the proper amount to take?

its quick digesting carbohydrate that is great to take post workout so you get carbs to your muscles quick after a workout

prework out 40grams and post is about the same. Im on a cut though
