Difference between canned in oil or water tunafish.. which is better

Roomate bought 25cans of canned in oil tuna and im just kind of curious about the difference which is better and why? thx for the input..

i use tuna in OO, first off the taste is awesome and it just has some extra healthy fat from the OO.
