what would be a nice post workout meal without any supplements?

something like yoghurt and white bread and some meat maybe?

i just ran out of whey today and my new jar should be in the mail any day now, maybe ill need to go without for a workout.

also a friend of mine is getting into bb and he never heard the word supplement

Maybe some sort of juices(all natural), some milk, and maybe tuna or something...

I was thinking maybe some juice, some skim yoghurt and some meat..

I eat a crap load of lowfat high protein foods, i.e. yogurt, and lotsa creatine, creatine mixed with yougurt aint bad, and maybe a cup or orange juice, 10 min before workout. lots of bread and lunch meat about 1 hour and a half before

Why don't you simply assume Dextrose. After the workout you should have only High glycemic source of carbohidrate to fill the glicogen that has been depleted in the training. After an hour of the charboidrate assumption you can eat some source of proteins,high biologic value proteins.

And 2 hours after that,eat some beef. (to replace the creatine)

Yes but to replace the level of creatine you need at least 1 kg of meat. Better take a creatine supplement :)
