First, sorry if this question gets asked a lot. I searched and didn't get the answers I was looking for.

O.k. first, what's the recommended amount of protein in each shake? I hear the body can only process a certain amount of protein at once. Unfortunately, I keep hearing different numbers. (usually 30grams to 50grams.) Because of my weight, could I get away with 70 grams at once?

Second, Instead of a big shake, could I take a small shake every three hours with like 30 grams of protein each.

Third, is it optimal to have a shake right when you wake up?

There is no set limit of absorption. Take them whenever you need to supplement your protein intake from normal food. Shakes are part of a diet and meal plan. If you don't have that then that is your first step. You should get some protein when your first wake up. It can be steak, eggs, cottage cheese, protein powder, chicken, fish, or whatever fits in your meal plan.
