I think this would count as GPP. I had to do this when I tried out for the WWE. It sucked balls!

Bodyweight Squats-Push-ups (everything equals 11, Hence the name, 11's)

8-3

1-10
2-9
3-8

5-6
6-5

8-3
9-2
10-1

No rest in between. I did it in just over 10 minutes. It f@#$ing killed me.

seems interesting for sure. will have to add it to the list for my metcon days.
