Hi all... I just got measured today and am at 13% body fat. Chest 4%, thigh 8% and stomach 23% (ouch). I know.. it's the hardest part to lose. My question is should I be bulking or trying to cut the stomach fat? I trying to do 2800 cals per day with 260 g protein, 178 g carbs, 100g fat. Hitting the weights hard M and Th and HIIT Tues, Wed, Fri with Sat/Sun off unless I decide to do a light 30 min jog. Tracking all on Fitday. I guess I am in a cutting cycle now. Should I stick with it to shed the stomach fat or start bulking?
Edit: I am 33yrs old, 6'4", 200lbs.
