hey guys--back, heaviest i've been, around 180, gained around 6lbs of muscle in last two months, very happy where I am. In looking at where i started back in July '05 was 163lbs at 18.2%bf, now at 180 at 13.6%, so quick math puts me at 22.5lbs in around a year in a half, which is pretty good.

anyway, here are pics, a few old ones, the rest all new. comments always appreciated.

I would say your higher than 13%bf... more like 15 or higher in my opinion.

I'd say he is definitely 13%. He nearly has abs in his pictures, he has obliques, and his back is lean. Overall, great job. Plus, if you look at his traps they're highly visible. Great job.

thanks for all the feedback, much appreciated!

I'm getting the bf numbers from my trainer, who used his calipers on me on three different sites(yee-ouch), so i'm pretty sure it's accurate. really want to get down to around 11, so abs show, and not just kinda show.

Great effort. LBM gains look proportionate. Keep at it.

Making the majority of your 29 post contribution to this site within the pictures section is not looked upon that favorably. If you're making progress, share what you do and how you do it. Otherwise, myself and a lot of others here don't really care, since you only care to share pictures.
