I am trying to take a pretty low carb approach. Tell me what you think.
I am 5'8 182lbs. 15% bf (approx.)
Workout days:
1: 6 egg whites, 5 slices turkey bacon
2: 1 4-5oz. chicken breast, maybe some cheese
3: 4 hardboiled eggs
4: (pre workout) 1c oats, 1 packet of tuna, 1c mixed veggies
5: (post workout) 1 bagel, 2 scoops whey in water
6: (before bed) 2 tbsp. natty pb, 2 hardboiled eggs
Non- workout days:
1: 6 egg whites, 5 slices turkey bacon
2: 1 4-5oz. chicken breast, maybe some cheese
3: 4 hardboiled eggs
4: 4-5oz. chicken breast 1c mixed veggies
5: 4-5oz. chicken breast, 2c broccoli
6: burger, no bun, 1 tbsp. natty pb
I'm thinking there's lots of cholestol, but w/e. I will post macros once I figure them out.
