I am trying to take a pretty low carb approach. Tell me what you think.

I am 5'8 182lbs. 15% bf (approx.)

Workout days:

1: 6 egg whites, 5 slices turkey bacon
2: 1 4-5oz. chicken breast, maybe some cheese
3: 4 hardboiled eggs
4: (pre workout) 1c oats, 1 packet of tuna, 1c mixed veggies
5: (post workout) 1 bagel, 2 scoops whey in water
6: (before bed) 2 tbsp. natty pb, 2 hardboiled eggs

Non- workout days:
1: 6 egg whites, 5 slices turkey bacon
2: 1 4-5oz. chicken breast, maybe some cheese
3: 4 hardboiled eggs
4: 4-5oz. chicken breast 1c mixed veggies
5: 4-5oz. chicken breast, 2c broccoli
6: burger, no bun, 1 tbsp. natty pb

I'm thinking there's lots of cholestol, but w/e. I will post macros once I figure them out.

Enter everything into fitday.com You wont have to "figure" anything out that way.

based on fitday, my totals are

workout days:

Calories: 2367
Fat: 104g
Carbs: 127g
Protein: 233g

Non-workout days:

Calories: 2359
Fat: 133g
Carbs: 42g
Protein: 241g

Might be a small bit off but that seems pretty accurate.

Out of curiosity, why are you doing this? Are you on a cut? Or is it just out of comfort?

good question. Seems kind of low on post-workout carbs. what is the calc for daily carbs and calories again?

So these are maintenance cals for you?

Yeah. i have been eating somewhat like this for a while, and have just yo-yoed like 2lbs. up/ down each week. I was eating less fat and more carbs before though.

btw, water consumption is at least 1.5 gallons a day.
