ive been cuttin my cals down low, and eatin 200 g's of protein and i still have a sh**load of body fat..... esp on my flabby chest and flabby gut... ive been cuttin for a little over a month and ive lost like 10 lbs, but i feel like i lost no body fat... normal?

From what you have today, your fat intake is very low. Protein is prolly overkill.

Whats your average daily intake?Your cals maybe too low.

Whats your lifting routine? ihope you say heavy and low volume.

on average i eat anywhere from 1200-1800 cals.... usually close to 1400ish...
and im doin wbb1.... i prolly dont eat enough fat.... does fat help u lose fat?

1200 cals is way too low in most circumstances. Fat doesnt help you lose fat per se, but dietary fat is essential for bodily function.

At your weight you should be able to lose at 2000+ calories. I would up the fats, lower the protein a tad, and maybe even up the carbs and center them around your workout and first thing in the morning (fruit is best at that time). I just hope you havent crashed your metabolism.

Slowly. Increment your calories up each week and of course keep your activity level high. You should prolly eat at maintence cals for 2 weeks. for most males its 14-16 x BW.
