I was always looking for a quick snack around 10:30 to keep me going and I finally got one I will keep. It is super simple and prolly been done before but here it is:

Campbells chunky soup+1 can of tuna. Ready in 2 min.
450 calories
2g fat
50g carbs
8g fiber
12g sugar
53g protein

Not too bad, only downside is sodium is 2200mg, ouch. I usually drain the can so it should cut down the sodium some, how much I have no idea.

WTH chunky soup did you use that went well with tuna?

I do that with Healthy Choice chicken and rice soup when I'm in a rush, it's not bad. Not nearly the protein as in the Chunky Soup though.

I bet I could put 2 bowls of soup, one with tuna and one without, and you wouldn't know the difference. The flavoring of the soup will overpower any tuna flavor. I have used a bunch of different ones with success(for me), the one I listed was grilled Italian sausage and peppers.

yeah campbells chuncky is great. i usally dump it in half pot of water and make two meals out of it (make a sandwich too). cuts the solium in half :D

I'm gonna try it, but I think it's going to work out better for me if I use canned chicken.

I make a couple cups of rice with canned chicken. Tastes great and great for you. But early in the day, carbs are crazy.
