I'm 18yrs old 6'4 225. I'm into lifting for 4-5 times a week and my worst enemy is i don't diet. Its not that i just don't, its for the fact that, since i was about 10 i couldn't eat fruits or vegetables; don't know why, i just gaged when they hit my mouth. Well my question is, my diet now, is typically I'm up at 11, i have a protien shake for breakfast, lunch is usually chicken with cheese on bread, with a smoothie (fruit), and for snack i have another shake, and for dinner its about the same thing with lunch chicken and a smoothie. Since I'm not eating vegetables how much is this going to restrict my muscle growth and weight loss? Also, any advice? I tried to eat vegetables but they just make me gag and want to throw up.:cry:
