OK 6 weeks done in my program and lots of strength gains :strong:
started at 211 lbs and now down to 204lbs, about a pound lost per week while putting on the muscles. Happy with my gains and here they are for you to look at. Only thing is as my fiancee stated to me is I need to incorperate more cardio, damn that cardio

Doing good!! Cardio can be helpful for fat loss but don't be excessive or you will lose muscle as well. 20 min inclined on the treadmill after your workout should do it. Diet is key though!! Great progress!!

thanks muscle chic, I have read doing cardio right after you work out will get the best results. I'm going to try and incorperate much more cardio in my routine as I do less than I should...
I just loathe cardio :rolleyes:

posture looks much better also, most likely due to a stronger back.
