im gunna be playing free saftey next year for football and for about 5 months ive been on the WBB1 routine. Is there anything else that can be done to improve my saftey skills in speed, stength, tackle, jump, and other stuff. Im still not sure what muscles i should focus on or that i need a new routine.

Speeds pretty important for a Free safety, work on your football specific things like back pedals and breaks. changing direction, opening your hips. you don't have to be super strong or powerful if your good at your football skills.
