Hey everyone,

i thought i would post a topic to see what you lot have to say.

You will only understand what im talking about if your are from England and part of the BWLA.

Well the thing is i am about to enter bench press compettitions. I weight 74kg and currently bench pressing 105kg. This is including the oylmpic bar and collars. This is also done without the aid of a supprt shirt as i can not use them in competitions because i am only 15 years old.

For those of you who know about BWLA and what im talking about do you think i will get far with this?

So you bench 220lbs at 165lbs.

You've got a lot more in you kid, it will just take time.

At 15, 105 kg's is FANTASTIC! At your weight, to compete, its a good start. Keep working buddy, your only young. Good luck.
Experience is great too.

yeah im with those guys... Also, FWIW, I don't know what your avatar-sig means, but if you're 15, you probably don't need anabols. Take advantage of the fact that every time you look at a piece of iron your body starts pumping testosterone out in huge quantities. Lift and eat, you'll do fine.
