Sick pressing strength. I wonder how many you'd get if you did them touch and go?

Ok, this video made me feel gay...
At first I was like, damn, look at the ass on that girl in the white shirt doing smith squats in the background! Woohoo! Then she finished her set, and she was a he. BAM, gay.
That being said, awesome lifts HB. You're a tank, repping 405 like it owes you money. You're an inspiration big guy, and I say that in the gayest way posssssssssible.

That's more than I deadlift. ;)
I am impressed with the control you seemed to have over the weight. Very slow and controlled. Nice!

I know. If you listen you can hear me yell at him. Also, the lift off was overkill too. It took me a second to recover before I could go for the first rep.

Thanks. I work on control a lot but I noticed on the vid that I'm leaning a little. I need to try and correct that.

Yeah, you're right, I should have squeezed out one more in the bath room before I attempted that.

Whenever I ask for a spot from a stranger I explain to them very very carefully that they are not to touch the bar unless I say the word "help." Lol, I think it puts some people off.
Nice lift though, I don't think I can deadlift 405 for 4 reps! Insane!
Edit: I'm curious, how many sets do you do at that weight? How many reps in the subsequent sets?
Nice lifting. Pretty impressive.

I've also had to do that. I guess I look like a weakling.

Great job.
I follow a westside approach but I stray a lot and mix a lot of bodybuilding stuff in there. And yeah, I use bands, chains and boards quite often. My journal has it all in there.
I'm asked a lot about my routine and of course I think it's the best, the best for me that is.
