im trying to lose about 10 lbs of bf.
I lift 3 times a week and do cardio twice and do HIIT twice.
My diet is my weakness i think
heres what i take in on avg right now
50 g fat
170 g protein
260 g carbs

am I taking in too many carbs to lose weight?

There are people here that know a lot more about nutrition than I do, but I do know everybody's calorie needs are different, depending on how much LBM you currently have. So, first start off by telling us your weight, body fat %, etc. You should take at least 1g of protein per pound of LBM and at least .5g of fat per pound. The rest of the calories can be from whatever you feel comfortable with. Just make sure you meet the minimums for fat and protein. It's also important to get those calories from clean food sources.
