Since the last time I posted, I gained about 15 pounds. Now I am up to 175. My goal is to reach 190 in 2-3 months. According to those electric machines, my body fat is 6% (but we all know those things are highly inacurate). Can someone write up a routine for me? I'm a basketball player and the only way i can play center is if i gain some weight because I'm relatively short (only 6'2").
btw im only 15

here are my pics:

Eat. When you think you've eaten enough, eat more. No eat, no gain weight.

Lift heavy **** to hit as many muscles as possible. Look into the WBB1 routine.

Just eat as much as you possibly can. I've heard people say they eat alot and don't know how they aren't gaining weight. Its simple. Just eat more. You can always eat more.

Lift your ass off following a basic routine and you'll grow easily. WBB1 or BGB are good splits from what I hear.

Yea, too light for 6'2". And do some damn deadlifts. I think your erectors are sunken in!

I agree. You have the weirdest back shape I've ever seen.

Anyways, I forgot to say it but the machine looks accurate. 6% is what I'd say you're at.

also pick a different position to play. you look more like 2 or a 3 to me, not a 5.

Just to echo everybody else, eat tons, work heavy compound lifts and get adequate rest for recovery/growth.

If he's gained 15 lbs he's propbably eating enough?

Anyway start deadlifting, you're lower back is pretty weak/small looking

You need to start squatting and deadlifting.
You have a weak back.

I definately can't see any PE. I have it too but thankfully adding more muscle makes it much less obvious.

You do have a weird shaped back - you almost have an hourglass figure from the back. Do lots of deadlifts to strengthen your lower back and just fill up your figure in general. I can't imagine what you must have looked like 15lbs lighter!

I have pectus excavatum as well.

6% bodyfat? No way. You'd have some serious veins showing if that were true. I'd say 9-10% at least.

Those percentages are bull****, but when you are carrying less muscle mass you won't look as ripped as say a pro bodybuilder with the same amount of body fat.

I have to agree with him guido.

More muscle=More veins.

thanks for eveyone's help. But does anyone have an actual routine that i can use? One that states how many reps/sets to do on squats and deadlifts.

Like I said earlier. Follow WBB1, WBB2 or BGB.

You can find the first two in the bodybuilding article section of the website. At least I think thats where they are.

BGB is in Built's signature. Just search for built and you'll find it.

I would give BGB (Baby got back) a try first of all. I loved that routine.
