my chest is 44" and i got myself an titan f6 size 48 (regular fit). me and a buddy put the shirt on according to this url: http://www.liftinglarge.com/getting_the_most_o.htm and boy was it tight. i tested it out at the gym with 225lb and it was difficult to get the bar to touch my chest. my shoulders and triceps were just tearing apart from the shirt. idk if it was suppose to feel this way but i had some nasty red marks on my shoulders/armpit area after 5 reps of 225.

Just some minor battle scars. Completely normal. I have seen/had much worse.

if anything I'd say you are not damaged enough! :) I have worse than that every time I put on a shirt. And mine's so loose I put it on by myself.

Sweet! Looking good. Wait til you get a shirt that you can't touch 500 in. You'll get there some day. Good times. SFW!

Heh. I always look like I've been whipped repeatedly after my shirt benching workouts! :whip:

Yeah, Edge. The shirt will help bigtime. I can get 100+ lbs out of the bench shirt. Some guys get a lot more.
