hey.
so, i tried this before. i am really trying to gain mass and all, and have a tried a mass building thing for a month, and i cna't really tell the difference.

what do you guys think of these photos?
any feedback?

A month is really a very short time to tell the difference. Give it 3 months and then some dieting to really see a difference. But you have a great starting point. :)
