Great gains on bench press.

Your squat and Deadlift should go up, just keep working your legs and back and those 2 lifts will jump up, and make sure you are using the right techniques.

When I started using the right Squat PLing form, my Squat jumped up about 100 pounds in no time.

You must be just starting out to be making gains like that in one month. You've got another 5 months to a year to keep making rapid gains, my friend. Enjoy it while it lasts!

Awesome job. Keep after it. Make sure you're eating like a big dog. Add all the muscle you can to your frame. Nice work.

Just curious, what was your old Squat form? What were you doing wrong?

thanks for all the encouragement. its been 2 years since i weight trained last. ive been keeping a training journal this time, and its keeping me on track and movtivated to keep it up. it would be great to see the same increase every month for the next 5 months but i think its only going to get harder, but im up for the challange

IZich,

I got into PLing as a senior and high school, and all my years before that I worked out like a Bodybuilder, so my stance was close maybe shoulder width, the bar sat high on my traps my toes were basically straight.

Then I had someone show me the PLing form, Bar lower on your back, widen the stance, drop the right way, and exploding up the right way.

I did 375 with the closer stance and then I moved up to 485 1 month later using the PLing stance. And then after using the equipment and more time using the form, my best lift was 591. So about 200 pounds within 2 years.

Instead of doing 3 workouts in a row then having 3 rest days, why not alternate workouts with rest days? That way you still get 5 days in between each of the same workout, but you'll be more recovered for each session which means you'll be able to lift more. I'd also suggest switching pulldowns with weighted chinups.
