About 60 a week, not including buying dinner for two on date night.

£30 per week give or take
factor in whey protein and it jumps to maybe £34 per week. My diet is usually quite decent too and I'm currently bulking.
60-80 dollars a week not counting chicken which my dad orders from sysco ( he owns a resturant and that one of his suppliers)

Im still livin at home but I pay for my groceries and stuff. About 100 a week (sometimes I can stretch that to 2 weeks) but I thought I was crazy for spending this kind of money on food. Then again if I ate what they do it'd be pizza pops and mcdonalds on a daily basis.

On the PSMF, like $30 a week. On maintenance or less extreme dieting it's in the $50-75. I can only friggin' imagine what a bulk would cost.

I spend only £10 a week.
£1 for 15 boxes of eggs, £2.50 for wild oats. £1 for 2 litres of milk. £2.50 for a pack of chicken legs and about £2 for 3 packets of 1kg rice. I don't inclead the shakes because I already have a perfect 4 month supply for now.
Why is mine so cheap? Because i'm perfect

A perfect bitch. Those who continually complement themselves will never earn the respect of anyone.
