View Full Version : Cardio and Lifting... While Cutting... Which should i do more?

Ive been doing both really... ive been getting a fair amount (Not nearly enough) protien... Im on a cutting diet and just trying to retain as much muscle as i can...

I do cardio 3 times a week and workout 3 times a week... WHich should i focus on more? or should i continue to do both? I really would LIKE to see some muscle gains, but relise thats very difficult during cutting... What do yall recommend i do?
