Hey

do any of you guys have any idea how much fat is in one capsule of flaxseed oil?

i have attched a link to some im thinkin of gettin but i dont know what the hell is in it.

Depends on the brand and size. Most "fat" capsules "fish, flax, etc" are 1g a piece.

oils probably better init for the amount of fat. just been lookin 1tablespoon has 14g fat, capsules have 3. defenatlty the oil i think, cant imagine it tasting too bad ;)

If you are not sold on flax I personally would consider fish oils.

i like to supplement fat from a cold pressed virgin flax oil (w/ lignans) but still make sure I take 5 g + of fish oil/day
