Well Im starting a journal! Starting Tmrw I will post my sleep and food intake so today you will live with the squats I did after school. As of right now My training routine (which everyone in football must do) goes like this
Mon(AM): Squat Bench PC/DL
Wed(AM):Squat Bench PC/DL
Fri(AM):Squat Bench PC/DL
3x8@250 (Last set had bad form)
Sleep:7 1/2 hrs
Brisket and Pickle
12oz Apple/orange/fruit juce
30oz Fat Free milk
Turkey and Cheese w/mustard/
3x6 W/70 lb Dbs
The morning workout was good but I didnt eat enough nor was I able to powerlift after school due to work.:cry:
sleep: 8 on the nose!
I weighed myself today I am 231.4
Sleep: 8.5 hrs
I need to eat more between sleep work and school I cant find the time. I must eat! As for the workout it was all good my big three are really improving. My deads today were amazing they felt easy as pie and any time you get 2 plates on the bench its a good day!
