Yeah I have this question that confusses the hell out of me. I see some people who are able to eat fast food, junk food, drink a lot of alcohol, but workout and still are really cut and fit. How does that work? I mean its just insane.....any insight?

its true but most of the time they arent as fit as you think.
i had 1 lb of marsalla for dinner, real greasy kind, i put my friend on my back and did a sprint with him for like 100 yards, i was gasping for 5 minutes, lol, it deffinatly gets to you...

Well ultimately if they are consuming fewer calories than they are burning, then they won't gain any fat.

Im pretty cut and big...My arms are 17 inches and I eat fast food and drink soda all day...
Just depends on your body...
