Hehe, i like how he takes a running start.

Two of the bench jockeys in my gym start near the doorway to the upstairs bit and sort of 'bowl it' up to the bench.

Funkin' strong.

When you do a good am with proper form the bar always stays above your center of gravity.
In other words, you can't fall.

I'm actually more impressed by the 830 deadlift, namely because it's such a brute strength lift. From what I hear, you don't get much from deadlift gear as you do from squat gear.

Yup, you get a lot from squat and bench gear because your gear holds the energy from the eccentric part of the lift, think Elastic band.
On deadlift you really have to learn how to get anything from the gear. Deadlift suits will alter your form if you let them, resulting in LESS poundage.

Was he deadlifting in those paper-thin converse shoes?? That's an incredible lift though. We had a guy at my HS 2 years ago who set a deadlifting record, i don't remember his name though

Those poeple on youtube are idiots... One reason why I don't comment on those videos.

The guy is amazing. It's not fair. There ain't much money in power lifting but I'm sure pro wrestling would take him. lol

Yeah, I really cannot stand some of the poster's on Youtube. They always have a bad opinion about everything. I've seen Ronnie Coleman videos on youtube in which people are talking about his bad form, but the truth is I don't see them on Youtube doing anything.

This guy is a beast though, I don't have a complaint about him.

He's nasty, and so is his brother Dave, who benches 700 (i think he's 3 yrs older than kyle) They're both the real deal, Dave is getting or got his masters in Kinesiology and I think Kyle is going to be a chiro.
